DigiWrap Refund Policy

A major part of what makes DigiWrap so unique is its ability to handle and work with substrates that NO ONE else can.  We have developed extremely unique processes that limit almost all of the usual production problems that others face.  Unfortunately, nothing is completely fool proof and we know that mistakes happen from time to time. 

 

The below policy outlines how we plan to handle any issues or customer dissatisfaction that might occur:

 

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

 

Orders are deemed to have a manufacturing error or product defect when a significant amount of the order contains:

  • - Torn or ripped product
  • - Print registration issues (ghosted or double images)
  • - Egregious amounts of ink picking (lack of ink sticking)
  • - Product shipped doesn’t match what was specified in the order details

 

Orders are NOT deemed to have a manufacturing error or product defect when:

  • - A small percentage of the order contains minor quality issues
  • - Customer provides incorrect personalized information
  • - An insignificant color variation occurs anywhere in the printing process

 

With this in mind, please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.  In turn, we will do our best to match any desired colors throughout our printing process, but we cannot make any specific guarantee.

 

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.  In instances where a manufacturing error or production defect has a occurred, DigiWrap may choose to provide the customer with a return shipping label and request that the original order be sent back prior to receiving the full refund.

 

If you have any questions about personalization, feel free to email us at Service@digi-wrap.com, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production. 

 

NOTE:  Digi-Wrap.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
